Pharmaceutical Analysis

The goal of the Department of Pharmaceutical Analysis is to concentrate on the creation of analytical techniques employing fresh pairings of tried-and-true techniques and instruments. It entails conducting fundamental research on the composition, stability, identity, and purity of excipients, starting materials, and active pharmaceutical components (API). The department is engaged in post-graduate student instruction and training in analytical sciences related to qualitative and quantitative estimate of natural and synthetic substances in various matrices by application of spectroscopy, chromatography, and analytical procedures.
